Right now i can grab the rim pretty easy but with only one arm and i have to get a running start. My goal is i guess to be able to grab rim with both and dunk while running with one by the end. its going to be tough but i think i can do it.
I did my first training session today in my backyard and omg am i out of shape. My first run with the jump rope i sear i hit my shins like over 30 times and i wanted to do just 50 jumps. I think my brain didn't remember the coordination needed to do an actual jump rope and it was actually kind of hard to do in grass cus the rope kept getting slowed down when it hit the ground.
I finally got the hang of it so now im doing just 50 jumps and the toe raises and then stretching in between. Plus my regular workout at the gym doing some light squats and playing ball every monday i think if i keep it up i will be able to do it by jan.
Ok its not what you think when i say dunk contest its just a bet between me and my friend i just wanted to give the story a bit of a hype so that you will be interested til the end some what. I mean who really cares about me doing jump ropes.
