Octopus Lips

So i went to KD on saturday and it was pretty cool freak'n "Dominated the Dominator, Rebelled the Yell and Grizzled the Grizzly" - some dude sam overheard at the park (not quoted exactly how he said it)

so anyways i was in the water park and i was just walking around trying to cool off when i noticed this little kid no taller then my shins on his hands and knees in a puddle of water. He doesn't waste a single second and just sticks his tongue out and touches the puddle like hes testing to see if its hot or something; then he puckers his lips like a freak'n cartoon octopus
and starts sucking all the water in his little puddle area. I seroiusly almost threw up all my lemon icee.

I told sam and later he saw him doing it again and his mom caught him this time and shes like "NOOOOO" and tried to stop him. This kid was weird he was like this little spanish kid with a huge bandage covering like half of his forehead (probably ran into a pole in the park or something).
